Senior Project Manager

Randstad is searching for a skilled and accomplished Senior Project Managers who possesses a keen eye for detail and excels in their field. About your new role

The Senior Project Manager is primarily accountable for leading the establishment of a robust data governance and privacy function within the commission's information and technology branch. This involves directing the research, planning, and implementation of complex policy and compliance frameworks, specifically regarding information sharing arrangements and cyber-security programs. As a leader in the "Leading Others" context, the role is responsible for motivating and supervising the Information Management team to ensure corporate information services meet high standards and align with the Commission's strategic objectives.

What you will need to exceed

• Extensive experience developing and implementing governance frameworks, privacy policies, and information-sharing arrangements.
• Proven ability to lead the research, planning, implementation, and evaluation of large-scale projects and programs.
• A strong background in interpreting and applying compliance frameworks within a government context is essential, particularly regarding privacy and corporate information management.
• You must be capable of motivating a team, allocating tasks effectively, and monitoring performance to ensure high-quality outcomes.
• You need the skill to prepare high-level briefings and reports for executives and develop communication strategies for diverse stakeholder groups.
• Ability to identify issues with major business impacts and guide a team’s response to complex problems.
